Learn how to speak out to policy-makers about these critical issues by joining one of these great listserves:
 CARE Action Network, the ONE Campaign, www.womensenews.org, www.worldpulse.com and www.thewip.net.

Petition World Leaders:

Urge Congress to expand economic opportunities for women globally.
Urge world leaders to put nutrition on the agenda and find a way to feed 25 million children at high risk of malnutrition this year.
Urge your representative to support critical investments to prevent maternal mortality.

Advocate with local community members. Find a US National Committee for UN Women Chapter or Women of Vision Chapter in your area and sign on.

Join or create a Dining for Women chapter to engage your local community of women on international women’s rights issues.

Be a journalist. Use the Fast Facts and our Facebook and Twitter feeds to learn more and follow the news on women’s rights. Then, write an op-ed, blog, or social media post and share with your friends and online community.
